Resellers is a South Africa–based online marketplace and auction platform designed to connect buyers and sellers in a secure, transparent, and efficient environment.

We enable individuals and businesses to list, auction, and sell products online while providing buyers with access to a wide range of items at competitive prices.

What We Do

Resellers operates as a commission-based platform, meaning:

• Independent sellers list and sell their own products
• Buyers purchase directly from sellers through our platform
• Resellers earns revenue primarily through platform commission on successful transactions
• We do not require sellers to hold a registered business unless explicitly stated

In addition to facilitating third-party sales, Resellers may also list and sell its own products. Any items sold directly by Resellers are clearly identified as such.

Marketplace & Auctions

Auctions are designed to be fair, transparent, and binding. Sellers are not required to list auction items at the moment.

Our Role

Resellers acts as a facilitating platform, not a reseller or broker for third-party sellers.

This means:

• We do not own or control seller inventory
• We are not a party to the contract between buyers and independent sellers
• We provide the technology, payment flow, dispute handling framework, and platform rules that support safe transactions

Where Resellers sells its own products, we act as the seller and are fully responsible for those listings.

How We Make Money

Resellers earns revenue through:

• Platform commissions on completed sales
• Optional platform services and features

Affiliate rewards (where applicable) are paid only from Resellers’ commission and never reduce seller earnings.

• Enforcing listing and auction rules

• Monitoring transactions for fraud and abuse

Payments & Fulfillment

• Sellers are responsible for packaging, shipping, and fulfillment
• Seller earnings are credited to seller wallets and paid out in accordance with platform rules
• Certain payment methods (such as Digital COD or bank transfer) may involve delayed confirmation
