This Affiliate Policy governs participation in the Resellers Affiliate Program. By joining or participating in the program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Program Overview

The Resellers Affiliate Program allows approved users (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring buyers or sellers to Resellers using unique referral links.

Resellers operates as a commission-based marketplace and auction platform. Affiliates earn rewards only from Resellers’ platform commission, not from seller earnings.

2. Eligibility

• Affiliates must have a valid Resellers  account.
• Resellers reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion.
• Participation is void where prohibited by law.

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliate commissions are calculated solely from the platform commission earned by Resellers.
• Seller earnings are never reduced to pay affiliate commissions.
• Commission rates may be:
  
• A standard percentage, or
• Promotional or time-limited rates (where applicable)

Exact commission percentages are displayed in the Affiliate Dashboard or promotional materials.

4. Auctions & Marketplace Listings

• Affiliate commissions may apply to:
  
• Auction purchases
• Marketplace purchases (where enabled)
• Commissions are earned only after a successful, completed transaction.
• Cancelled, refunded, or failed transactions do not qualify for affiliate rewards.

5. Self-Referrals (Allowed)

Resellers allows self-referrals, including:

• Buyers referring themselves
• Sellers referring their own listings

However:

• Affiliate rewards are still subject to transaction completion.
• Artificial, fraudulent, or non-genuine activity may result in reversal or termination (see Section 9).

6. Tracking & Attribution

• Referrals are tracked using cookies and/or internal account attribution.
• Only one affiliate may be credited per transaction.
• If tracking fails due to ad blockers, browser settings, or user error, Resellers cannot guarantee commission attribution.

7. Payouts

• Affiliate earnings are credited to the affiliate wallet or payout balance.
• Payouts may be subject to:
  
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds
• Verification checks
• Resellers may delay payouts for:
  
• Fraud review
• Chargeback risk
• Refund windows

8. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

If a referred transaction is:

• Refunded
• Cancelled
• Reversed
• Charged back

Any associated affiliate commission will be:

• Reversed
• Deducted from the affiliate balance
• Offset against future earnings (if already paid)

9. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not:

• Create fake or misleading transactions
• Use bots, automated traffic, or fake accounts
• Misrepresent Resellers, sellers, or auction outcomes
• Engage in unlawful, deceptive, or abusive marketing practices

Resellers reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity.

10. Termination

Resellers may suspend or terminate an affiliate account:

• Without notice
• Without payout of pending earnings linked to violations

Affiliates may also leave the program at any time via their dashboard or by contacting support.

11. Changes to the Program

Resellers may:

• Modify commission rates
• Change eligibility rules
• Update this Affiliate Policy

Continued participation after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Relationship Disclaimer

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Resellers.
