• Resellers earns revenue primarily through platform commission

Resellers is not the owner, manufacturer, or custodian of third-party seller inventory.

2. Independent Sellers & Transactions

All third-party sellers on Resellers act independently.

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• Product descriptions and accuracy
• Pricing and availability
• Fulfillment, shipping, and delivery
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Resellers does not guarantee:

• Product quality or condition
• Seller performance
• Delivery timelines or availability

Any contract formed through the platform is between the buyer and the seller, except where Resellers is explicitly identified as the seller.

3. Listings & Platform Use

Resellers allows users to list products for sale subject to platform rules and approval.

• Listings must comply with Resellers policies
• Resellers may remove or restrict listings at its discretion
• Approval of a listing does not imply verification or endorsement of the product or seller

4. When Resellers Sells Its Own Products

In certain cases, Resellers may list and sell products directly.

• Such listings are clearly identified as “Sold by Resellers”
• For these transactions, Resellers acts as the seller and assumes seller responsibilities
• This disclaimer applies primarily to third-party marketplace transactions, unless stated otherwise

5. Payments, Wallets & Financial Flow

• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
• Seller earnings are credited to seller wallets after applicable commission
• Certain payment methods (e.g. Digital Cash on Delivery (COD) or bank transfer) may involve delayed confirmation

Resellers is not responsible for:

• Payment delays caused by banks or payment providers
• Chargebacks initiated by buyers
• Network, system, or banking failures beyond platform control

6. Buyer Protection & Dispute Handling

Resellers provides a Buyer Protection framework to assist with disputes.

However:

• Buyer Protection does not replace seller responsibility
• Resellers does not guarantee refunds in all cases
• Decisions are made based on evidence, platform rules, and policy compliance

7. Off-Platform Transactions & External Deals

Resellers may allow users to:

• Discover sellers
• View listings
• Communicate through the platform

If a buyer and seller choose to complete a transaction outside Resellers:

• The transaction is not covered by Resellers Buyer Protection
• Resellers is not responsible for payment, delivery, disputes, or losses
• Any off-platform deal is done entirely at the users’ own risk

Resellers strongly encourages users to complete transactions within the platform for protection and transparency.
