Payment Policy (Effective Date: 13 July 2025)
Resellers currently supports the following payment methods:
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
· Available only in Gauteng
· Payment is collected in cash by our delivery agent upon delivery if not using any courier service
· If we are using one of our courier partners like PAXI, The Courier Guy, etc. The payment needs to be paid in full
· Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the item
2. Bank Transfer / EFT
· Upon placing your order, you will receive bank details and payment instructions on the last page of the website. Once you done with payment, type your transaction ID, order number or email address and upload proof of payment if required. We may contact you via email or WhatsApp for verification.
· Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation
· Proof of payment must be sent within 24 hours to avoid automatic cancellation
· We recommend using immediate payment to speed up order dispatch
3. Payment Verification
· We reserve the right to verify all payments before order fulfillment
· Fraudulent payments or suspicious behavior may result in order cancellation
4. Coming Soon
· We are working on integrating secure card payments for online convenience
