1. Delivery Options

· Gauteng (Local): 1–3 working days via local courier or delivery agents from resellers – COD available

· Nationwide: 3–7 working days via major couriers (PAXI, The Courier Guy, Fastway, Pargo)

· Pickup: Available on request by appointment

2. Shipping Fees

· Standard delivery: R65–R150 depending on weight/location

· For COD in Gauteng an upfront fee of R50 - R100 is required as an order confirmation

· Free delivery on orders over R500 (where applicable)

3. Tracking

· A tracking number or delivery update will be sent via WhatsApp or email

4. Delivery Conditions

· Ensure someone is present to receive COD orders

· If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply
