Resellers offers structured, time-based online auctions where selected products are made available for competitive bidding.
Some auctions may start from low promotional prices — including R1 — to encourage fair and competitive participation. Final prices depend entirely on bidder activity and demand.

2️⃣ Where Do Our Auction Items Come From?
Our auction inventory is responsibly sourced through the following channels:
A) Trade-In Program
Customers trade in their devices or products when upgrading or selling to us.
How Trade-Ins Work:
- Customer submits trade-in request
- Item condition is assessed
- Value is offered based on condition and market demand
- Customer accepts the offer
- Item is collected or delivered to us
- Item undergoes inspection and quality grading
- Approved items are prepared for resale via auction
Only items that pass inspection are listed.
B) Buy-Back Program
We purchase selected products directly from customers.
Buy-Back Process:
- Customer submits item details
- Our team evaluates market value
- Offer is made
- Item is received and verified
- Device is tested and condition graded
- Qualified items are added to auction inventory
C) Clearance & Overstock Inventory
We also source:
- Clearance stock
- Returned items
- Overstock inventory
- Discontinued models
Each item is inspected before being listed.
3️⃣ Inspection & Quality Process
Before any item goes live on auction:
Items that fail inspection are not auctioned.

5️⃣ How Auctions Work
Auctions are time-based and run for a fixed duration.
The highest valid bid at closing time wins the item.
Bids are binding and cannot be withdrawn once placed.
Starting Prices (Including R1 Auctions)
Some auctions may start at R1 for promotional purposes.
Starting at R1 does not guarantee winning. Final prices are determined by bidder participation and demand.
6️⃣ Winning an Auction
If you win:
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe.
- Once payment is confirmed, the item is prepared for dispatch.
- Tracking details are provided after shipment.
Failure to complete payment may result in account restrictions.
7️⃣ Delivery & Warranty
Warranty and return eligibility vary depending on whether the item is: New • Used • Certified Pre-Owned
8️⃣ Cancellations & Refunds
Auction wins are treated as confirmed orders.

Abuse of the auction system may result in:
- Bid restrictions
- Account suspension
- Auction cancellation
9️⃣ Seller Responsibility (Where Applicable)
Auctions may be listed by Resellers or approved third-party sellers. Seller identity is displayed on each auction listing.
Sellers must:
- Honor auction results
- Fulfill orders promptly
- Provide accurate product descriptions
